Of course, in addition to these benefits, watermelon seeds can regulate blood pressure, eliminate facial acne, keep the skin healthy, and compensate for iron deficiency.
Pumpkin seeds: Among the benefits of pumpkin seeds, we can mention the presence of vitamin E, strengthening intelligence and memory, deworming the body, the presence of phytosterol and linoleic.
Melon seeds: Being blood-forming is one of the prominent features of melon seeds. In addition to this property, melon seeds contain iron, vitamin E, fiber, fat, protein and also have antioxidant properties.
Japanese seed (nut seed): This seed is a product of one of the villages of Damavand city called "Jaban or Jabon", which in the old days was known as Jaboni seed, and due to its many uses and the passage of time, and due to this verbal similarity to Japanese has been renamed to Japanese seeds.

Sweet almonds contain 40-50% oil. Almonds also contain 25% white and diastase material called emulsin and also contain sugar, gum, mucilage and minerals. The amazing effect of almonds on reducing bad blood cholesterol and preventing blood clots is a fact that has been proven in medical science.

6. Raisins
Raisins are nothing but dried grapes. This dried fruit is a rich source of iron, which is useful for people suffering from anemia. Give your children some raisins daily as it helps in improving their digestive problems. It also helps in weight gain and is a home remedy for constipation.

7. peanut
Peanut is a type of fruit whose plant is a bush and is native to Brazil. For the cultivation of this dry fruit, a warm climate is needed to give a bush with a height of 30 to 50 cm. The important thing about peanuts is that they may be considered nuts and dried fruits, but they actually belong to the legume family. Peanuts cause blood vessels to dilate and facilitate blood flow and prevent blood clots and strokes.

The fruit of an evergreen tree grown in tropical regions is called cashew. The product of this evergreen tree is a small seed that is hot and dry in nature and is native to Brazil. This dried fruit is rich in copper and is necessary for the production of energy and more flexibility of blood vessels and joints. Cashews spoil quickly at room temperature and lose their properties and should be stored in the refrigerator.

9. Hazelnut
Hazelnut has many properties and nutritional value, for this reason it prevents the occurrence of many diseases. 183 calories of energy are hidden in every 30 grams of hazelnuts, which is equivalent to 23 nuts on average. This amount of hazelnuts has 18.5 grams of fat, 5.8 grams of carbohydrates, 3.4 grams of protein and about 2 grams of water.

With its special oil (oleic acid), protein, carbohydrates, beta-sitosterol, vitamins and essential minerals, hazelnut has a special place among other nuts.
Therefore, consuming 25 to 30 grams of hazelnuts per day protects the body from both heart diseases and cancer.
